Taillan 2012

Les notes de la presse :

Gold medal at the 2015 Gilbert et Gaillard contest.

Silver medal at the 2015 Bruxelles contest.

86/100 by Robert Parker (USA) : “Du Taillan’s 2012 is certainly one of the most successful Cru Bourgeois that I tasted.”.

89/100 Sascha Speicher, Weinwirtschaft (GER) : “A fine classic style, [...], full of flavor, [...] good balance, [...] a delightful freshness [...].”.

A well-balanced wine with a great complexity.

This wine presents a dense red cherry color, the nose is open with red fruits aromas and slight menthol notes. On the palate, the attack is round with a certain freshness and well-integrated tannnins. It’s a pretty and charming vintage, with a long length for the finish.

The « advice » of the five owner sisters: this wine can be tasted now, with a beautiful red meat and a cheese not too strong!

Taillan 2014

Les notes de la presse :

Gold medal at the Brussels 2016 competition.

Silver medal at the 2017 « Concours des Vignerons Indépendants ».

A well-balanced wine, that has to flourish with good aging potential.

A grenat color with brilliant reflections and a nose of black and ripe fruit, as well as a touch of liquorice and a harmoniously woody finish. A beautiful structure conferring power and fruit as well as very present tannins which gradually melt. A well-balanced wine, which has to flourish, with good aging potential.

The “advice” of the five owner sisters: a complex wine, rich in flavors, that you can taste with meat in sauce or game.

Taillan 2015

Les notes de la presse :

92/100 Wine Enthusiast (USA). "[...] This wine is structured [with] generous blackberry aromas. "Roger Voss.

17/20 by Jancis Robinson (GB). “Dense, rich and very ripe with structure and strength. "

89/100 Yves Beck (GER). "[...] Pleasant freshness on the palate. [...] Fruity finish.”.

A charming wine from a very ripe harvest.

A very dense cherry red color and a nose offering red fruits aromas, and some brioche and vanilla notes, characteristic of great maturity’s years. On the palate, the attack is soft and velvety, the fleshy evolution has a certain freshness. The tannins are present but well integrated, allowing a good length.

The “advice” of the five owner sisters: You will love its sweetness for your aperitif, but you will also like it after it has been put in the cellar for 5 years.
