A well-balanced wine with a great complexity.
This wine presents a dense red cherry color, the nose is open with red fruits aromas and slight menthol notes. On the palate, the attack is round with a certain freshness and well-integrated tannnins. It’s a pretty and charming vintage, with a long length for the finish.
Food and wine pairing suggestion : grilled prime rib, roasted poultry, or dark chocolate fondant
