The Château Terrace
During the warmer months, the Château terrace becomes the ideal setting for hosting corporate cocktail receptions and afterwork events.
It allows for the easy installation of catering services to provide a high-quality cocktail reception, as well as live music or other entertainment.
Overlooking the estate and its vineyards, the terrace offers a natural and elegant setting. Its direct connection to the indoor reception areas also allows the event to continue indoors, providing a covered alternative in the event of bad weather.
The Vaulted Hall
Located in the heart of the Château’s historic cellars, the Vaulted Hall is the estate’s main venue for corporate events. Listed as a Historic Monument in France, it offers a setting that is both prestigious and authentic.
With a surface area of 190 m², it is perfectly suited to seminars, conferences, gala dinners and corporate evenings. It can accommodate up to 180 guests for conferences or seated dinners, and up to 250 guests for cocktail receptions.
A dedicated catering area, located adjacent to the hall, ensures smooth installation and efficient service throughout your event.
Its stone architecture, authentic vaulted ceilings and unique atmosphere make it an exceptional venue, combining historic character with the technical requirements of modern corporate events.
The Dame Blanche Room
With its 90 m² of flexible space, the Dame Blanche Room complements the reception areas of Château du Taillan.
It is ideally suited for meetings, workshops, cocktail receptions or team meals for smaller groups, accommodating up to 70 guests in a seated layout and around 100 guests for a cocktail reception.
Located next to the dedicated catering area, it facilitates the smooth organisation of events and can also provide an indoor alternative for cocktail receptions when the Vaulted Hall is reserved for dinner.
Its flexibility allows it to be seamlessly integrated into a wider event programme, complementing the estate’s other reception spaces.

From the cocktail reception to the dinner, the Château’s wines naturally accompany each stage of your event, offering your guests an authentic experience in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards.
