Château du Taillan : a Cru Bourgeois since 1932 and a Cru Bourgeois Supérieur since June 2003. This is a harmonious blend of typical Bordeaux bouquets, to which Cabernet Sauvignon carries its berry flavours, Merlot its velvety roundness, and Cabernet Franc its sharpness and spicy subtleties.
The vinification combines traditional methods, such as long-term maceration, with the latest techniques including temperature control in stainless steel vats.
Our wines are entirely aged in French oak barrel for almost 18 months. Thus, they acquire a typical woody taste, a balance, and a softness that combine to create a charming wine.
