Bistrot Lunch

A Bistrot Lunch consists of a lunch in the Château grounds served on old cellar tables. A varied menu of Aquitaine flavours includes :
Oysters or a Salade Landaise, accompanied by a glass of Château La Dame Blanche.
Steak, beautifully cooked over vine shoots, or duck confit served with a glass of Château du Taillan.

Réceptions in the cellars

We open the doors to our classified cellars to both private and professional events, where you will have an unforgettable reception in a unique and customised room. Two of the cellar rooms are available :
Our "Salle des voûtes" (seating up to 170 people)
Our "Salle Dame Blanche" (seating up to 90 people)

Diner in the Château

We provide the opportunity for a diner in one of Château du Taillan’s private rooms. Our in residence chef offers an aperitif on the château’s terrace and a seasonal menu from products found in the south-west of France served in the family tableware. We also offer wine from our vineyard, including some of the older vintage wines, served in a carafe. To finish the evening, you will be given coffee in our famous "salon carré".
This diner enables you to sample château life for an evening.
Groups of between 15 and 25 people only.
